Years ago I stumbled on a meditation technique to expand my
consciousness into the stars. It was supposed to alert other
worldly/dimensional intelligences that I wanted to communicate.

I lay still, imagined a rod of light going from my base chakra
through my crown and extending out into the stars. I would imagine
the light from my base extending into the core of the earth and
spreading like roots to create a strong hold into the earth to ground
myself. The light was my consciousness beaming into the darkness
of space. I would project my light with the intention to communicate
with the unknown.

After only a few of these meditation sessions, what followed
was a series of nightly intense dreams. Four to be exact.
Each containing the presence
of different intelligent entities and lifeforms.

I haven't practiced this form
of meditation since because of fear. After 10 years of
contemplation I decided to share my experience through
my art.

Shortly after completion of this first story,
I oddly stumbled on a video that suggested I practice
this meditation DAILY!

Synchronicity? Or not?

What you will soon read and see is my own
personal documented experience
that has stayed with me since. I am grateful that I
have developed an ability to bring this
imagery to paper.

I consider this......FIRST CONTACT.
